When you RSVP, request alerts, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the show you select, and any optional interests you indicate (such as opting in to SMS reminders or volunteer interest). If you purchase VIP tickets, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider — not stored by us (see below).

Why we collect it

We use your information to confirm and plan your RSVP, to send event updates and reminders, and to send campaign communications. SMS reminders are sent only if you opt in, and consent to texts is never a condition of attendance.

How we store and share it

Your information is stored securely. Email is delivered through our email service provider. VIP ticket payments are processed by Anedot, our donation and payment processor, under their own terms and privacy practices. We share information with these service providers only as needed to operate AmeriFest and our communications.

We do not sell your information.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time:

• Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS reminders (reply HELP for help).
